- BIOGAS cogeneration at the Marquette-Lez-Lille treatment plant
- 23rd March, 2009, Events.
The biogas cogeneration plant has been operational for 14 months. It continuously develops the biogas resulting from the slurry of the digester. It provides 1.2 MWe and 1.5 MWh thermal energy. This energy is "self-consumed" by the station.
What makes this project stand out is the "containerisation" of the station. Manufactured in our Langon factory, ELECTRODIESEL, the modules of the station were transported to the site, then installed and assembled by our teams.
The ENERGY department supervised the complete installation on site, including the processing of the biogas, the thermal recovery and the MV electrical connection.
