Energy made new together

More than 70,000 hours of biogas energy: 23rd February, 2009, Events.; The BIOVALE biogas cogeneration plant, the landfill site at Roche La Molière, has passed the milestone of 70,000 hours of operation.
This plant, the largest of its kind in Europe when commissioned, provides 52 GWh per year to the EDF network.

The project has been so successful that we are going to install an eighth biogas generating set of 960 KWe.
The delivery is scheduled for September 2009.
